1 on 1 Semi-Private Training

Nova provides individual training to meet your personal needs. We assess the player’s strengths and weaknesses in depth in order to build a comprehensive and personalised training plan. Our semi-private classes consist of groups of around 2-6 players of similar ages. Training sessions are dynamic and allow for the player to develop with consistent feedback. Strength and Conditioning

We believe that every athlete needs a strong foundation in their overall fitness levels to fully reach their potential in any sport. That is why Nova aims to bridge the gap between traditional strength and conditioning and sport-specific training. Nova’s strength and conditioning classes are personalised based on age, experience, and sport to address areas of weaknesses in the player’s fitness. Strength and conditioning is not just about becoming stronger, but it is also about improving agility, balance, coordination and overall health.
