Liability

By enrolling with Nova Football Academy (Nova Athletics Ltd), the participant does so at their own risk. Nova Athletics, its owner, employees and coaches shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from personal injury or loss/damage to property.

Cancellations/Refunds
-Payment is due on the first class of every term. (If students attend first class of term they will be charged for the full term)
-Students will not receive refunds if they decide to withdraw from the program after the first class of the term.
-Students will not receive refunds for classes missed once the term has started.
-Students must commit to ALL of the term classes in order to participate.
-If Nova cancels class we will offer a make-up class for students or provide credit for future classes.

Training will be cancelled if there is:
-Black rain Storm Warning
-Typhoon Number 8
-Any other cancellation due to bad weather is at Nova Athletics Ltd.’s discretion
(No make up classes will be offered for classes that have started)

Drop off/Pick up policy:
-Coaches are not responsible for minding children prior to start of the class and after class ends.

Trial Lessons:
-Students who have never been enrolled in one of our open group classes may have 1 free trial lesson (does not include closed classes for Specific Schools only, Small Group, & Private Lessons).

Uniform:
Students must wear Nova Uniform at all times during our open group classes.

Consent:
By enrolling in any of our classes/trial lessons, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions. By taking part in any of our classes you are acknowledging that sports carries an inherent risk and that Nova Athletics, its owner, employees and coaches are not responsible for any injury to your child.
